Our experienced consultants can deliver every aspect of your configuration and are highly skilled in managing upgrades, module implementations, integrations, advanced workflow and portal configurations.
Evolve can be bolted onto the Ensure support package by selecting Scarce as your implementation services provider. And because Ensure includes a service catalogue you can request enhancements via your own request module with the appropriate approvals applied.
Our consultants will discuss your requirements with you to understand your business objectives and outcomes. Once the requirement is clearly defined we will conduct our analysis to arrive at a solution that meets your objectives. The solution is then documented in a statement of work (SoW) for your feedback and approval. The SoW will estimate in time and cost. Should you prefer it, we can provide fixed price estimates.
Work is carried out in your non-production instance. Promotion will include user acceptance which will be conducted under your own DevOps and Change Management procedures.
With more complex enhancements (such as release upgrades) we normally advise including Scarce project management to ensure that delivery is planned and structured, and that progress is effectively communicated. If required, this will be included in the estimate.
Once fully tested and user accepted, we will apply the changes for you. All work provided by Scarce is backed by our thirty-day warranty. Handover includes full documentation of the enhancement and user instructions where required.
